I would likely go out hiking in state parks every day, read a few enjoyable books, write a short novel maybe, eat my favorite foods, go to a few places I have never been, give money to homeless people, setup a will to give all of my money and assets away, and have sex with a few beautiful women whether they are hookers or not I wouldn't care lol

Spend time with friends and talk candidly about everything. Try to help out those who will go on living in whatever way I can.
That would be when it's time to stop acquiring wisdom (which I normally prefer to do) and focus on sharing what wisdom you have with others.

Location: I'd say either the Caribbean or Southeast Asia, and take all these fine types of women with me.

I'm stoked about doing a lot of things right now, ranging from travelling to a big list of countries I'm loving learning about, to stock trading, martial arts, and a bunch of stuff I won't list, but with only 3 months to live, you have to pare it down to the essentials:
Sex, sex, sex sex sex!! Sex, more sex, then more sex!!!

Also, love and romance, of course. (To me they always go together, ideally.)

We'd go swimming a lot together too, but I'd probably shell out $$$ to get us a private beach or private outdoor pool so we wouldn't be interrupted by anyone else, or cause issues with people who are easily offended by PDA.

Also, in a scenario with more than 3 months to live I'm interested in muscle building, so have to use moderation on drink, but with only 3 months left I'd frankly let my Scottish Mel Gibson tendencies out of the cage and go on a bender with the ladies as well: We'd drink everything from all sorts of imported SE Asian and/or Caribbean beers to fancy brightly colored cocktails with little umbrellas in them. I could also do stuff like feeding them Maraschino cherries that I ordinarily wouldn't buy because of the high sugar content, but hey, there's only 3 months left to live.

And of course if we're in South East Asia then I'd devour huge amounts of the amazing food, I love the Chinese influenced cuisine where they use a lot of cooking oil and garlic and spice on noodle dishes with a lot of mung bean sprouts and other interesting veggies.

The first thing I would do if not already was leave America....because there is no way I will die in America. I refuse to spend my last days in a country that caused me so much misery. I would then go to Thailand and just make vlog on Youtube almost like this guy:

No matter what you think about him, he's definitely a happy, carefree dude walking about Thailand with a smile on his face. I want to have that attitude.

I would move to the Philippines and do everything in my power to impregnate a woman there, so that my genetic line can live on.

I have children to raise. I wouldn't just accept the death sentence from the doctor. I'd spend time in prayer for healing and have a lot of people pray for me, especially those who'd seen their prayers answered. I went to a home group recently where a woman had some awful back and shoulder pain, and they prayed for her and she found relief. She was going to go to the doctor, so I'll wait to hear the report back.

I'm also surprised at some of you guys wanting to spend time fornicating during your last days of life before facing God's judgment. If you know you are going to die, you should repent and find reconciliation with God through Jesus Christ. And how many of you think you aren't going to die some day anyway?

I would also probably try anti-cancer diets. I would focus time more intensely on prayer, ministry, and family. I would probably double down on spending time with my children and also my parents.

I could take two approaches: sell / donate all my stuff to charity - give money to homeless

or I could do nothing as such and try things like carrot juicing and such, depending on what the prediction (doctor prediction, psychic, etc)

I like the first approach: its a little bit of work but fundamentally it is easier (in the long run). A lot of people cannot understand this. Realistically if you can't make a list of literally everything you own (because for hoarders it would be 100s of pages bulleted list) then how could you manage your life. If you can't manage that list of 100s of pages you cannot manage other things in other realms (social, power, etc). Its the exact reason people struggle in algebra and geometry in high school.

Well, if I had any children then my answer would actually be closer to yours: Spend all the time with the wife/wives and our children (and pets, if we had any of those).
I don't have any children though, so girlfriends are the closest thing to family.

If there was a chance of recovery and cancer was the problem, trying anti-cancer diets would be good, though kangarunner didn't specify the prognosis was cancer causing the 3 month lifespan.
I would add intensive Chi Gong practice to this and possibly seek out a Chi Gong master.
Certainly you're right you should never accept a doctor's prognosis: They often tell people they're going to die of incurable cancer or other ailments, and many people they say that to refuse to accept it and end up recovering after doing some of the healthy things we talked about (resulting in the doctors telling them their recovery was "impossible," but still congratulating them).

I'm friends with a lot of bible believin' Christians and respect their family values when they actually put their money where their mouth is and practice virtue (and I like the Nation of Islam types even more), but I don't think "Heaven" (to borrow the Chinese term) actually has any objection to healthy and happy consensual sexual activity between men and women.

So we disagree about "fornication" being a problem.

I do agree with the conservatives like @Outcast9428 that it's degenerate for a man to try to nail someone else's wife or long-term relationship girlfriend, so I never do that.

But I also find the idea that a person could theoretically live an evil life of sin and wrongdoing and then supposedly get a free pass by "repenting" and claiming to accept Christ ridiculous. I also have my doubts about whether the seemingly raging genocidal demiurge YWHW supposedly featured in the Old Testament is "God" at all, and don't believe there's a system of punitive judgment.

However, if I'm wrong and end up in an eternity of torment in the nethermost fiery pits of hell because I love giving hot chicks orgasms without bothering to sign up for a monogamy hodler marriage, I admit I'll be sorry. Same goes for if I'm getting molten brass poured down my threat in hell for failing to submit to Islam, or however their version works.

I actually got close to one of those near death experiences, and believe in "spirituality", that our lives have meaning and our deeds and actions matter, and think it's important to not harm other people, but going at it in the sack with good looking women isn't a harmful or (IMO) sinful act in and of itself. That's my view.

Jeez you guys. Sex is the most momentary of pleasures. How could you, when you're on a trajectory for the grave, be possibly thinking about momentary pleasures. When you're on your way out the door wouldn't you want to spend your final time doing things that will make a lasting difference?

Go rewatch Kurosawa's 1952 film Ikiru ("to live"). It's highly relevant to this topic.

I respectfully disagree that sex is "the most momentary of pleasures" : Me and quite a few women (who bring a feminine perspective, yet have similar views on the subject) consider it of paramount importance, and pretty much the holy grail of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

I've already done a lot of nice things to try to make a lasting difference in what modest ways I'm able (not stuff I talk about on here), and will continue doing so, assuming there's no "only 3 months left to live" prognosis. However, if there was really only 3 months left to live, it's definitely "my time" from there on, so time to get a lot of shapely legs waving in the air from dawn 'til dusk on some beautiful Caribbean shoreline.

Though like I said, we'll also make time for beer, food, and brightly colored cocktails that I normally don't indulge in since I don't want all that sugar and alcohol to mess up the muscles I need to keep up with the women in bed. But like the thread topic says: With only 3 months left to live, no need to be so disciplined about dietary restrictions, and time to live for the moment more than ever before.

I also disagree with sex being a mere momentary/superficial pleasure. Sex is an incredibly blissful experience and the effect it has on your mood is astonishing. If I have three months to live I want to spend it living in bliss with the girl I love.
