In the Brazilian steakhouse you can specify your meats to be cooked well done. As for me, my personal preference is beef steak medium rare. Pork and chicken should be cooked well done. Fish I would say at least medium.

This evening I am dining at a more upscale, nice Japanese restaurant. It has excellent reviews. I can finally try unagi. Unagi is grilled eel.

I heard unagi is an excellent Japanese meal, especially in the summer months and at festivals.

All the food I have been eating at restaurants is much better than what I have eaten in the United States.

I really hope to do visa resets every six months and live in Mexico for many years and see a variety of places.

I do miss the EU because I loved the EU...just fed up with the difficulty of getting girls there, the COVID-19 hoax restrictions (virus is real, the hoax part is all the restrictions because COVID-19 restrictions are the rise of totalitarianism).

There is absolutely nothing I miss about the United States of America!!! I am very happy to be almost at my Two Week mark.

I still am ill but being abroad has improved my cognitive abilities, my right arm is regaining most of the strength lost, and I am much more relaxed.

After dinner I will be checking out a third grocery store after going to a new nearby park. I should buy an umbrella too but that's going to wait unless I have enough money today.

I came in on a resident visa, but of course there is no guarantee that I will ultimately be granted resident status. We'll see over the next month or so.

Do you have any advice on how to look for very affordable rental apartments? I think Airbnb's are better for me long-term because they give utilities, internet, bedsheets, glasses, furniture.

I wonder if you plan to date in Mexico. Wouldn't you be suspicious that Latinas might not be pure bred members of the Aryan master race or something like that? Indian blood, maybe Arabic blood on the Spanish side, possibly African blood?

@Tsar I think you're paying $600 a month for your apartment because you're in Mexico city. I've been watching videos and you can pay $200-$400 per month for a nice apartment but in costal towns.

I think once you finish your medical business in Mexico city you should consider one of these costal towns. That is unless you're able to get a gf in Mexico city. Why are you now thinking about Georgian girls?
