I see nothing on Google Map - the address is existing, it is a 4 floor house in the city center located, I see 2 restaurant, an office which belongs to the Hungarian offical travel agent IBUSZ and a local Bank with ATM.
Behind this house is (with a different address, but next to it) a cheap hostel (GURU hostel) USD 10,- per night.

Maybe this is the place PAG is talking about as his office?
Not sure if the hostel is open, last reviews almost 4 years ago. I see pictures but no recent price list.

He doesn't spend much time in Budapest. Maybe he listed the address to throw people off. Another scam artist.

You and Truthseeker are the same individual. But I sort of knew PAG's business address was a front. Google is also a disgrace of a search engine now. I can't imagine how a fake business would be able to rank higher than a real active website in a sane society or reality.
