so true, america is the most racist country on the planet. They're just not direct about it as others. In addition, people will deny anything other than a happy melting pot when they're racist themselves.

It's pretty racist but at least it has laws to protect the oppressed and avenues of redress. And many good people who will come to help you. However, the most racist on the planet-- among the 196 countries we have? Nah. No such proof!

Where are all those people that defend the racism in the United States like Ladislav?

It is not as bad as in Asian countries where they non-chalantly call white people foreign devils on TV. Learn Asian languages and listen to them talk and hear things they say about other races, nationalities and foreigners in general. Then compare it to the USA in degree and frequency of occurrence. Check their laws --where racism is legal. Look at the US gov't with so many different immigrants who rose to power and are now top officials. Compare it to Asian countries where there are -try- virtually none! Yes, racial incidents happen in a country of 330 million but they are aired and condemned and are seen as bad. In Asia, they are not even seen as bad.

Go and live in Asian countries for years-- as I have --and most importantly, learn the languages so that you could understand what they are saying about you. Then, come back and we'll talk.

As far as the kid, well, he went to an NBA game, dominated by black people dressed in a Mexican outfit. Not a good idea. Could have been something more neutral.

Having said all that, look at all the comments below defending the kid. Tens and tens of comments of people standing up for him.

In Asia it would just be silence. Just like it was for me when I tried to rent an apartment in Japan and had doors slammed in my face. No one stood up for me. I even went to a newspaper there and the reported took the side of the landlords- Americans look scary, he said. He still published an article about me-- not one Japanese person stood up for me. Not one helped me.

I will never forget those times.

In America, violent people get arrested when caught.
It doesn't always make it a racial incident if the people involved are different races.
Do you think a crime against you by someone who looks like you is less offensive than if they are a different race?

People like Paula Deen or Jim Allen may be rude/stupid, but they are not "criminals".
They get named & shamed, and take a serious employability hit.
If you lived in a "racist" country, you wouldn't even hear about these stories.
In such places, people like this are NOT punished.
Even worse, if you are the wrong ethnic group, people are free to say "we don't (hire/serve/rent to/loan to/enroll/admit) your kind", with NO recourse for you.
That's not where you live.

I remember an Asian guy on internationalsexguide.info , named DARKSEID. He is a member here and elsewhere too. All he would talk about, and I mean ALL is how racist everyone is against Asian men and short guys. I just thought to myself, what a whiner.

Racism benefits our rulers and the bourgeois class because it divides the lower classes and keeps them on their heels. Believe or not, you have a lot of racist Whites living here...have you ever heard of racial incidents like Howard Beach, Crown Heights, the police beating of Abner Louima or the death of Yusef Hawkins? A lot of the Irish, Jews and Italians in the city, aren't too fond of non-Whites in their neighborhoods...

oh, NYC, that hypocritical place..... well, that changes everything. I know how racist the guidos and the Jews are in that city. The east coast in general, is far more racist than the west coast, most of the time.

I know there's a whole-lotta Black vs Mexican tension going on in parts of California, and relations between Black, Latinos and White isn't the greatest out there...Is that true?

the situation here is this.

most mexicans wouldn't mind hanging out with east asians or whites, but when it comes to blacks, things change. and also, I see a lot of whites getting married with mexicans here (hell, the only girl I dated was a white girl). but the black vs mexican thing isn't that big, since the black population is declining here in california.

I'm glad this bitch lost her job for this. What's even more amazing is that some people are supporting the racist women, and even complaining about the right to spew any racial comment without any backlash. Almost all of the comments section I've seen on various news articles are devolving into 'I hate Blacks, Whites, Asians, gays. etc." This shows you how truly divided the US really is...and why I want out of the country.
