Dominican Republic in 2021 onward

Post by WilliamSmith »

How is it? Anyone live down in the Dominican Republic full time?
I love some women from there but never looked into it much as an expat possibility until lately (online research only for me for now though).
I have heard from natives and gringos who say there's quite a bit of corruption there, but from what I've heard it's more typical tropical 3rd world government corruption, not nearly as bad as the oncoming juggernaut of organized tyranny coming at us in the US (and which has already come down heavily on places like Australia and much of Western Europe and may just keep getting worse).

I found a good Youtube and Bitchute channel here from an Australian guy who went expat to Dominican Republic and has a lot of very well produced videos about it. He is obviously not the kind of guy who wants to lie down and submit to the ongoing tyranny and vax mandates, as you can see form his "travel mask" 8) :

I can't get the preview to load for the 1st one, but these are the first 2 videos I saw of his on it:

What do you think about the DR?

For you, I would recommend El Salvador instead.
Compare their travel requirements here: https://need2know.tripsource.com/
I didn't like what I read about the D.R.
Here's the requirements for El Salvador: viewtopic.php?style=1&p=366779#p366779

Although, your mileage may vary. Sometimes reality is different than what you read on the internet.

Thanks @rudder : El Salvador isn't my personal top choice since there's not enough black women there for me ( :D ) but it's very interesting what they're experimenting with down there with the Bitcoin legal tender, volcano powered mining, etc. Not sure how well thought out their plan actually is, but it's well worth watching. Also, if they succeed long-term with that, it's good to keep an eye on any 'bolthole' country that has people who actually value freedoms.

Here's a piece that caught my eye recently on all the people who have been going to Dominican Republic during the plandemic: I guess this was originally a Jew York Times piece (so lacks credibility to some degree), but has got picked up by a zillion other net news sites.

Why Is Everyone Going to the Dominican Republic?

I guess the upshot is that the release of the Corona virus came at a terrible time for the DR economy because of the importance of tourism there, but they decided to take the risk of being way easier on incoming travelers in the interest of attracting more people.
That worked, but now there's friction there because there has been a big increase in 'Omicron' cases, causing resentment and leading to them considering tightening policies.
Rudder's site (https://need2know.tripsource.com/) says there can be a quarantine, but no vaccine mandates, and some areas require a mask, among other things. Personally I don't mind that kind of stuff. All but the P100 masks are damn near proven to not work, but I consider being in quarantine for a period of time in a hotel room or something perfectly OK. What's not OK is to let the ZOG megacorps inject you with their toxic waste. (See the "Risks of the Covid Vaccine" thread on here for links to pages with over 1000 of mainstream medical journal studies documenting health damage and adverse side effects of the mRNA "vaccines" which are technically not even actual vaccines, even while the jewmedia goes on claiming their toxic waste injections are 'safe and effective' and labelling all evidence to the contrary "misinformation" and/or "hate speech.")

Winston posted a link to an updated page of countries that dropped their travel restrictions lately.

What they said on the Dominican Republic here:
Dominican Republic
New entry as of April 26, 2022

The Dominican Republic has been a nation that almost qualified for this list many times throughout the pandemic, but has finally, as of April 26, officially removed all its entry rules.

We had been delaying adding it earlier on in 2022 because there was still a random breathalizer-type test being given to arrivals. Plus, some nations (notably the UK) still had to bring a PCR test to enter, even when all entry requirements had been lifted for American and Canadian tourists.

Now all rules, like the UK’s PCR and the random 5% testing of arrivals, have been dropped.

Dominican Republic Officially Removes All Entry Requirements

The Dominican Republic now joins the list of countries that have removed all pandemic-related entry requirements, becoming the 35th nation to do so.

Earlier on in 2022, the Dominican Republic had removed almost all of their covid entry requirements but kept just a few in place that still presented barriers to entry for some travelers. Notably, a random breathalyzer-type covid test was administered to unvaccinated tourists, while arrivals from a handful of countries, like the UK, still needed to bring a PCR to enter.

However, from this week, all of the entry requirements have now been officially removed. Tourists, regardless of nationality, who are not fully vaccinated against Covid are no longer subject to any testing upon arriving in the Dominican Republic, as the country fully lifts all pandemic-related restrictions at its international airports.

Although the Caribbean nation did not require Americans, Canadians, or other visitors, to present vaccination certificates or a negative pre-departure test, it did perform random tests on a percentage of passengers, especially those with classic Covid symptoms.

While vaccinated travelers could bypass testing when selected by presenting proof of vaccination, the unvaccinated were not so lucky, and those with an active infection were routinely issued quarantine orders. Now, this measure no longer applies.

Travel To The DR Is Again Stress-Free
The Dominican Republic (DR) is one of those rare destinations that welcomed tourists from all over the world during the Covid pandemic, including U.S. citizens. Even though it did enact additional restrictions, albeit proportional, when the need arose, it has remained consistently open for visitors irrespective of vaccination status.
There's a lot more detail in the linked article but I'd say the Dominican Republic has definitely given a pretty good showing here during the plandemic, relative to most other countries.
