I wonder if we Happier Abroad men have been fishing out so many women from here that the men there don't have enough women, so they have gone to girls.

I don't think it's because Westerners are fishing out women and the men have turned to girls. I think it's because Kazakhstan is a very sick and savage country. This is also a bride napping nation where a group of men will kidnap a woman (usually a Russian ethnic) then force her to marry (usually to a Kazakh). Kazakhstan also has a history of cannibalism.

Western men in are generally reluctant to go there, albeit only for the Russian ethnic population.
