Here is a video made by a married couple now living in Cebu city, where they show off their condo. He is originally from the US she is originally from a province in the Philippines. They mentioned in the comment section that they are paying $ 360 US dollars a month for the condo.

There not very smart. You can rent a 2 bedroom house for $150 to $250 a month in Cebu.

Condos are always more expensive. They have more security, they tend to be closer to malls and lifestyle/nightlife areas, they have their own amenities, the construction quality is generally much higher, including anti-seismic technology, and more.

Here they are spending the day swimming in their pool at their condo. Their condo also has a weight room. So for $ 360 US dollars a month, they rent a one bedroom condo which was furnished and they also have a weight room and a swimming pool.

I stayed 2 months in Cebu and my average budget was $2500-3000/m as PH is very expensive
