My first post of a series, celebrating Filipino female beauty. I will try to post images of unknown or lesser-known models and babes, with some bio information if I can find it.

A very worthy one to start with: Ivana Alawi, 23 years old.

Mariam Sayed Sameer Marbella Al Alawi (born December 25, 1996), better known by her screen name Ivana Alawi, is a Filipina actress, model, YouTuber and singer.

Alawi has three siblings, the youngest of which is Mona Louise Rey. They were born to a Filipino mother and a Moroccan father. Alawi is the third of the four siblings.

Alawi was a contestant of the sixth season of StarStruck which aired in 2015.

In 2018, Alawi appeared as Rina in ABS-CBN's Precious Hearts Romances Presents: Araw Gabi. A year later she appeared as Amor in FPJ's Ang Probinsyano, made her film debut in the film Open and was later cast in the Metro Manila Film Festival entry 3pol Trobol: Huli Ka Balbon!, and appeared as Lolita in Sino ang Maysala?: Mea Culpa, for which she was awarded Best New Female Personality in the 33rd PMPC Star Awards for Television.

On February 7, 2020, Alawi signed an exclusive contract with ABS-CBN.

Alawi will play the titular character of the upcoming TV series Ang Lihim ni Ligaya.

This week it's time for another one of the lesser-known Filipino beauties: Heart Evangelista.

She is the daughter of Reynaldo Evangelista Ongpauco, a restaurant magnate who belongs to a Chinese-Filipino clan, and Maria Cecilia del Gallego Payawal, whose family is from the Bicol province of Camarines Sur. Evangelista is the last born child, with siblings from both sides of her parents. She was born in the Philippines and moved to the U.S. before moving back to the Philippines in her early teens. She started her career at the age of 13 as a commercial model and actress.

Seeing such beauty would brighten any day.

Aaaand...round 3 of the lesser-known yet by no means less "ganda" Filipina beauty.

This is Rhian Ramos, star of a very cute comedy called How She Left (Kung paano siya nawala) (just watched it yesterday, on Netflix).

Rhian Denise Ramos Howell (born 3 October 1990) is a Filipino actress, commercial model, singer and race car driver.

Ramos first starred in the television series Captain Barbell and in Stairway to Heaven. She then started working in commercials including an appearance in a McDonald's McJelly Duo advert. She was cast as the female lead of the telefantasya Captain Barbell, in 2006, and in Lupin the following year. She has played the lead role in My Only Love.

In 2007, Ramos had her film debut in The Promise in which she won her first Golden Screen Award for Breakthrough Performance by an Actress. She also starred in the horror film Ouija. In 2008, Ramos was chosen to host Pinoy Idol Extra, the daily update edition of Pinoy Idol. Ramos also starred in two Philippine dramas, Codename: Asero, and in LaLola, a remake of the 2007 Argentine television comedy telenovela of the same name. By the end of the year, Ramos finished two feature films, My Monster Mom and I.T.A.L.Y.. LaLola ended in February 2009. She starred in the suspense-thriller film Sundo that came out the following month. In 2009, she starred in two Philippine dramas: Zorro, and Stairway to Heaven.

Ramos released her debut dance-music album Audition Dance Battle under Universal Records in partnership with Bellhaus Entertainment. Ramos starred in the fantasy film Ang Panday. She is the muse of the B-Meg Llamados for the 2011-2012 season of the Philippine Basketball Association.

In 2015, Ramos played the lead role in the television series "The Rich Man's Daughter" as Jade Tanchingco, alongside Glaiza de Castro who played Ramos' love interest.

In 2018, it was announced that Ramos would be the lead in the Manila-set independent film Empty by Design starring alongside Australian actor Chris Pang and Canadian actor Osric Chau.

Round 4 with a relatively unkown Filipina beauty, this time a musician, in fact a rising YouTube star, Aiana Juarez.

Aiana Juarez was born on May 30, 1999 (age 21 years) in Cebu City, Philippines. She is a celebrated youtube star.
Filipina YouTube star whose eponymous channel gained popularity for her original vocal covers of popular songs. In May 2018, she released her debut, original single "Maghihintay."

I was looking for one of the chestier Filipinas around and I think Andrea Torres should take at least a top 3 podium.

Andrea Elizabeth Eugenio Torres (born May 4, 1990) is a Filipina actress, host, dancer, underwear designer, and commercial model. She is currently an exclusive contract artist of GMA Network.

She was first seen as one of the contestants in ABS-CBN's teen-oriented reality show Qpids in 2005. In 2008, she transferred to ABS-CBN's rival network GMA and became one of the hosts of the now-defunct youth-oriented magazine show, Ka-Blog! She was also part of some drama and hit movies such as You To Me Are Everything, a Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera starrer, and Shake, Rattle & Roll X.

When Ka-Blog! went off the air, Torres concentrated for a while in her studies, taking up communication arts at the University of Santo Tomas. On March 8, 2011, Torres signed a three-year exclusive contract with GMA Network. Two months later, she landed a part in the afternoon drama series Blusang Itim.

It helped that she had joined extracurricular activities while in school. She performed during assemblies, acted in plays, attended leadership conventions, even volunteered to read Bible verses during Masses. She was also in the volleyball team. When she was younger she took up ballet lessons. She tried everything that could help her express herself as an artist.

In 2012, Torres, together with Mikael Daez, reprised the roles of Cecilia Fulgencio and Carlos Miguel Altamonte, respectively, for Sana Ay Ikaw Na Nga, a 2012 remake based on the 2002 popular teledrama of the same name. The said roles were originally portrayed by Tanya Garcia and Dingdong Dantes, respectively.

In 2013, Torres starred in the romantic comedy With a Smile as Isay, a rural lady who has a passion for cooking. In 2014, she starred in the fantasy-romance drama Ang Lihim ni Annasandra as the title character who is cursed to transform into an aswang every night. She also starred in the 2016 television series The Millionaire's Wife as Louisa, a single mother who decides to marry a rich, old man in exchange for financial help for her son suffering from juvenile diabetes. In the action-drama television series Alyas Robin Hood, Torres played Venus, alongside Dingdong Dantes and Megan Young.

Torres appeared on the cover of FHM Philippines' December 2014 issue. She was also voted No. 2 in FHM Philippines' 100 Sexiest Women in the World 2015 poll, and No. 15 in the 2016 poll. In 2015, she published her coffee table photo-book titled Andrea: Roadtrip.

She is part of Bubble Gang since 2012.
