It's all relative.. for me after India Thailand is not too bad.... I wouldn't recommend you to ever go to India if you have such an adverse reaction to Thailand..

Well... I am two months into my time up in Thailand. I just returned from Vientiane, Laos today where I went for a visa run. I now have 3 months extended on my stay. I am working too, here in Chiang Mai I got a job teaching English. The pay isn't that great but will allow me to live a decent life over here. The management at the school have been nice, helpful, and have not made ridiculous demands of me. In fact I only really have to teach 2 hours a day. The rest of the time is just hanging out.

Chiang Mai suits me quite well. Although there are no beaches I find that after you get to know this place you realize it is a pretty f***ing nice place to be. There are a ton of bars and nightlife if that's your thing, its easy to take jaunts to nature to see elephants or tigers or whatever, and also a lot of beautiful temples. Overall I have found the people to be pretty nice up here much more friendly than BKK or Pattaya for sure. And it's a hell of a lot less touristy than those places...

A Thai girl has got latched onto me so to speak. I have very mixed feelings about this. First she was working at a coffee shop near the hotel I was staying. She was kind of cute so I started talking to her. Took her out for drinks and then a few days later had sex with her. Company once in a while,sex without string,liberty to change..take the p4p road and if the pay bother or the promiscuity of these ladies f u cking around for a living is repelling,prepare to have some troubling situation because women in Thailand won't give sex without something in return(as most women around the world).

In the West the price is quit crazy in every aspects..in Thailand you can get it fairly well but you won't surf easily from left to right having both sex and liberty if you don't pay a fee.

That suicide and crying and all that stuff is typical of an extremely charismatic hoe. My bargirl was like that within the first few DAYS even faster than your girl. but it was all a FACADE. You dont hae to hand them cash for them to be using you. I lived in Bangkok for 6 months last year. It was very hard to meet marriage material, whereas it was pretty easy in China.

Most of the Thai women I met were so poor they didn't even have enough bus fair to come and visit me. That never happened in China.

I did meet a few nice ladies in Bangkok, but oddly enough the best weren't actually Thai.

Thai office ladies are about the best of the bunch. Anyone who works in a hotel/massage place/coffee shop is much more likely to be moonlighting as a hooker .

Thailand is also dangerous at times - I went drinking with a friend of a friend one night and found out the bar served moonshine and said lady had a tazer in her handbag. Plus I had a few run ins with deranged farangs and soi dogs.

but the point is she has a parent who watches her kids closeby and she is trying regular jobs. Often many bargirls or freelance dating hoes dont have even that. if they quit work from the bar or massage parlor or hoeing of course youd have to pay their bills for those types of girls. She would have looked for a job which she did so thats a good sign. Unfortunately though she seems to be just leeching off rather quickly you so once again proves she doesn't really love you.
