One business idea that will work in the Philippines is helping expats relocate there. Expats started moving to PI around 2000 because they couldn't afford to retire in the US, there's now over 300,000 Americans and growing.

I have a Filipino girlfriend she always says she going to start a business for people in the Philippines obtaining visas to get out of the country.... suppose to be very difficult
