What you are expected to believe, as depicted by the Dems primary debate, is literally insane and yet these people are running the government. How long can society exist based entirely on insane premises? Longer than you would think it would seem. Here Tucker talks about it:

So from the last debate it seems the official Democrat policy is that the rest of the world should close most of their hospitals and cancel their health insurance programs because anyone with a chronic health problem could just be given a plane ticket to America where they will receive free treatment. You would think at least one candidate would try to stand out by pretending not to be insane, but it seems not.
