WTF! I don't even know what to say. Perhaps she could have said that her car had broken down. It's clear that she was oblivious to the meaning of the word, left lane. You know, the one where everyone's at 65-75 mph.
But on the other shoe, don't bikers know how to swerve around a stationary car? This is nuts. Perhaps she was preventing that, by waving around in front (a/o side) of the vehicle and thus, he slammed right into the vehicle instead of possibly hitting her. I'm wondering if that's part of the reason why she was actively prosecuted?
