This is old news but I just found out about it. Under this law privately owned American land and businesses can be seized by China if the US does not pay its debt to the Chinese government. This is for real.

If it were a real law, it would have a name and a bill number and could be found on the L.o.C. site.
As an E.O., it would be published on another gov site.
