if u are rich, then laws do not apply to you in capitalist societies. and you can do a 1 yr old if you want. if you are poor, then you will get arrested for having sex with a 17 year old.

Coming from China, where the elites operate with ongoing criminality that would put the anyone else to shame- where one can even hire a "body double" to be tried in your stead if you are wealthy, and where party members have all the right access, and even multiple murder
can be acceptable if you are one of the party elites, your comment is amazing.

Not to say that wealth cannot buy your way out of trouble in the USA, as it may allow you to hire the best lawyers, but a determined prosecutor may end up putting you away in the USA, no matter how wealthy you are...Bernie Madoff...and even a Kennedy have ended up in Jail for life...

Do you work for the Chinese government? It would seem that you do. I have some experience getting beyond the great Chinese firewall, and the identify and extent of clandestine sourcing of outside information sources from within Beijing's most elite locations is rather amazing.

China's new wealthy do not trust the system. Of course, they are not stupid and have long memories. They know what can happen and are hedging their bets by hiding money out of the country, as if it comes down to it, they do NOT want to be subject to the legal system in China.

Even your highest inner elites do NOT really believe their own propaganda. That is why you would be amazed at the extent to which the highest inner circles have secretly shown their distrust of the system by amassing huge wealth under false names abroad, just in case they have to flee. This goes all the way to the very top.

This is not really the kind of info they hand out when training workers to monitor information online is it?
