I think David Icke said that they wanted to collect everyone's DNA, to create a DNA bank, but not that they already have it.

I know if you were in the military after 1990 they have your DNA also all people who commit felony crimes now; their DNA is taken. If you've been to the hospital in the last 10 years and had any lab work done, I'm pretty sure they have your DNA on file. I would not put it past them this is a police state!

They have the DNA of all babies born in the last 40 years and all hospital patients, felons, etc. They have your voice print through Echelon. They have your digital face pic with your passport/driver's licence & I've heard they have the head signature of your body through satellites - although I haven't researched this as yet,

If you've EVER got any part of your body "extracted", then you'd be a complete fool not to think it hasn't been recorded in all valuable records. You are dealing with federal agencies after all!
