How do you file your taxes online if you're abroad? To get the government stimulus check?

I have a question. On my taxes, it asks if my business or work is in the US or abroad. If I live aboad and my website is based in the US and most of my income are from US sources, do I put that my work is in the US or abroad? I'm a little confused. Anyone know? I tried to Google this situation but nothing comes up.
