In my experience, these rankings give a good idea as to which cities are cheap or expensive. But you can't use them to get actual costs.

For me, hotel or apartment rent is about 50% of my annual living expenses (not counting money I give my sugarbaby in Ukraine) because I move constantly so have to pay top rates, whereas someone with apartment on long term lease could get much lower rent. I try to avoid cities with high hotel/apartment rents.

Numbeo is a website I use quite often.

From your own personal experience how much money does it take to have a sugar baby in Ukraine?

It depends on so many factors. If you were in a second tier city like Kharkiv, and the woman was just average looking, not rich, liked you, and you were there permanently, she might be very happy with a steady $200/month, given that typical salaries are under $500/month. What you get for that $200 is a woman who truly values you, versus seeing you as just another easily replaceable boyfriend who she can jerk around with impunity since nothing much lost if you disappear. This would typically be a regular girl who you convert to sugar baby status by gradually giving her money to buy you food, etc.

My girl is an escort and I'm simply a very steady customer for past three summers and planning for this summer. I don't care about monogamy and don't really want too close a relationship, since I like to be alone most of the time. I give her $6000 for the three months I'm in Kyiv, so $2000/month. The girl is very pretty and I get along well with her and I don't want to have to seek a replacement at this point, so I'm paying twice her usual rates to ensure I'm a priority customer. I only spent $16000 on myself all last year whereas I can afford to spend like $50000/year, so I'm way under running my budget, even with the girl.

Would most Ukrainian girls agree to an arrangement of $200 Euro a month in the tier 2 and tier 3 smaller? Can sugar baby = monogamous, only sees and is with her sugar daddy? Could a sugar baby eventually become a real girlfriend?

Should a guy pay a girl in her local national currency or another currency like dollars or euros?

$200/month sounds like my budget. I can live on $2k/month so giving 10% away is no big deal.

What can I expect from that price? And where to find them?

Thanks
