Good service to send letters to the USA (or anywhere)

For those of us who need to send snail mail to the USA and/or from the USA, there is a service called mailaletter.com which does this. I myself have the situation in which the regular eFiling systems (at least the ones I have investigated) to do USA federal taxes don't work (and if it doesn't work 100%, it is illegal to knowing do the form that doesn't work!), which means the revenue department of the most powerful state on Earth will only accept a snail-mailed, paper form. This service allows me to have my tax forms done (including affixing my signature) in PDF format, and then simply send the files to the service, and the service will print it out and mail it - even getting a certified receipt, if desired - all for about 1$ per 2 pages (certified receipt is more of course).
