Like Winston has said, approaching women in America is almost considered a crime! This is what could of happened to Winston in the US if he continued to approach women!

Now that's some cool hair/clothes with a lean body (except the height).
In that case he would be called "confident", there would be no jail.
Hey just fix the scale of his face in there, this is a good get-fit example.

Approaching women in America is already illegal under Federal law!
Possibility 1;
Judge; "It is a judgement of this court that you, John Doe, be sent to Pelican Bay State Prison where you will serve a sentence of 375 years to life imprisonment."
Possibility 2;
Judge; "It is a judgement of this court that you, John Doe, be sent to Sing-Sing Correctional center where you, John Doe, will be electrocuted until you are dead, on a date to be set forth by the Attorney General of the State. May God have mercy on your soul."
