You tell if a guy is rich by the way he lives, spends, what car he drives and what kind of a place he lives in, etc. However, if he is Chinese keep in mind that a lot of rich Chinese guys are very frugal and don't like to waste money and are anal about it.

But if you ask people, everyone will say "I'm not rich" regardless of whether they really are or not.
