To get a working visa she needs to get her credentials certified by the CGFNS, pass a state licensure exam (which asks for tons of paperwork before they let the applicant take the exam), pass an english proficiency exam...the list goes on and on. I do not know where you are getting your data but man, be fair. If anything is true, the US grants visas to future welfare rats and not to well deserving future workers, that's why you see the degenerate blacks, asians, whites, and hispanics who suck the nation dry.

Most healthcare workers in the US who are from the Philippines are females, and you say they sleep with professors in run on the mill colleges to get a diploma? Also in America, getting jobs depends on connections and networking.
