Videos that show how effed up the U.S. really is

Post by zboy1 »

I wanted to make a thread solely intended to wake up all the lemmings we call the "American people." Also, this thread is for people living in other countries to show how truly messed up the U.S. really is. In other words, to cut through the U.S. government propaganda and show the reality of living in this crappy country. So, this thread is directly targeted to all the redneck patriotic America types and to the America worshiping foreigners out there that believe in the myth of the American dream to wake them out of the comatose induced slumber and into reality.

Once the middle class is eroded into nothing and tiered classism takes root then you can pretty much kiss America goodbye. Once the economic incentives are gone there's absolutely no reason to live in the U.S. anymore.

Look at this excellent interview with a member of Occupy Wall Street. This young man is intelligent and not afraid. There are young people who see their bleak futures and they still have the energy to do something about it. They are the heroes.

(At 1:15) Whoa, that's the exact same neighborhood that Winston grew up in. What a coincidence.

Sorry but Luke Rudkowski is a shill. He appeared on Democracy Now with Amy "I hate men" Goodman. Heroes aren't allowed to appear on PBS and Russia Today. He is controlled opposition, nothing more, just like David Icke and Alex Jones and his Prison Planet.com

Occupy Wall Street is a second October Revolution. If you can't see this isn't an organic movement you're blind. The same people who screwed this country paid people, mostly unemployed pot-heads as well as plenty anarchist and communism scum to protest. After the protests started gathering momentum there were enough conforming sheeple to take over. But that's besides the point.

Protesting doesn't work. The only thing that works is a change in knowledge followed by a change in behavior. But people aren't prepared to admit they were fools, they aren't prepared to learn anything, nor to change anything. They want a benevolent government. They want a free lunch. They'll get what they deserve, a trip to the slaughterhouse. People who act like pets will be treated as such.

There is wheat in this poster. Does this look like something you want to be a part of?

People seem to think the people protesting are martyrs or principled youth or whatever, quite frankly most of them are the biggest scum my age group has to offer.

+1 Exactly what I have come to understand over the years. Educate yourself and understand how to avoid the economic and social storms before they impact you personally. It takes generations to change social and cultural habits, not revolutions. The 1% are the ones who really know whats going on in the world, the 99% are the sheeple ever moving closer to their slaughter.

I don't agree. These protests are allowing people to get together and talk to each other. That's why the police thugs are cracking down on them and the shill media is saying they are just a group of aimless youth who need jobs and to take baths. You are falling for corporate media propaganda. They want to spread paranoia and hopelessness. The first step is to take any action and then see where it leads. Complaining on the Internet does nothing useful. The elite who control are afraid and they don't want us to talk to each other.

Yes action through a change in your behavior. Not action like going to an urban center and standing there for a month.

Freedom through non compliance, strip the beast of its power. “Don't believe them, don't fear them, don't ask anything of them. - Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn (on politicians)

Don't feed the beast by shopping at chains and keeping your money in Chase or Bank of America. And most of all turn off the f***ing television!

Sounds simple? Americans aren't prepared to make those changes so they have no one else to blame but themselves for their problems. Shopping at Target, Walmart and Home Depot, eating at Subway, Taco-Bell and Denny's, getting their car fixed at Midas, Firestone and Jiffy Lube, getting their haircut at Supercuts, buying their books at Amazon.com is what flushed this country down the toilet in the first place. Though the chains might have been Sears, Montgomery Wards and McDonalds at first.

Believe me the level of conversation is much higher on this forum than at those protests.
