What the f**k is wrong with people on this forum? I'm a relatively new user, only active for around 2 weeks or so and this is the list of recent threads.



To someone new coming in, this sounds absolutely insane. Anyone new joining this forum would think this is a digital asylum. Threads about kabbalah, elites serving dark gods, sexy centaurs, incels, the rapture and someone's plan to reduce the population.

HA is indeed a nutter forum and that's exactly the way it should be!

It used to be better, with a lot more active members and a far more varied assortment of eccentrics, cranks, extremists of various types, misfits, and crazies, but unfortunately it's dropped off a bit in the last two years or so and is nothing more than an empty shell of itself.

I personally like having a good selection of nutters around. They make the place a lot more interesting. Let's be honest, normal people are boring and I haven't met an interesting person who wasn't eccentric, far-out or a bit crazy in some way. Lol!

If people want a normal expat discussion group, they would do better subscribing to one or more subreddits on their destination of choice or simply using ChatGPT for queries pertaining to practical matters abroad. This place is for fringe theories, taboo truths, mongering, and bizarre entertainment created by so many one-of-a-kind nutters colliding in a single part of cyberspace, just how Winston intended it!

I sure know that I would never have made an account here if it didn't have topics on conspiracies, UFOs, paranormal phenomena, the occult, secret societies, and big booty Latinas!

So let's raise our glasses and thank @Winston — the most freethinking Asian of all time — for creating this unique and off-the-chain online nuthouse!

Am I normal? As in, I live in the way normal people live - in their hometown, 2 kids, mortgage, unhappy marriage, microwave meals and takeaways, booze, smoking, vaping, friends from school, all their family live less than a mile from them, heavily in debt etc

There are the mentally ill who use this forum though, correct - @my life is trash is one, @88jose88 is another and @Mercury/@Traveler are two more and there have been plenty of these people who for some reason have been attracted to 'Happier Abroad'.
