Skateboardstephen, I guess you're sensitive about that word and the problems between Mexicans and Blacks; the two groups are not known to get-along with each other in the States...
I only said that word to a thing that I did back in high school. nothing to insult. if someone wants to bitch about just using that word, they can forget about me caring because I care less if people want me to think in a PC way. I only used honesty, which is something what most americans can't take, and skateboardstephen has shown he can't handle honesty. welcome to my ignore list stephen. you're a typical american, so you will join my ignore list for having those american traits.

It is good to be honest without being polite for PC. Honestly most Americans feel that the US government is being too lenient to Latinos/Hispanics particularly Mexicans and other Latins who mainly illegally come to work in the United States work for years under the table with shady American companies in field work, construction and working in certain factories which is mainly with poultry, beef. The US government knows of this and later gives anmesty which later turns into a permanent resident/US citizenship. Stephen is mainly talking about this issue which is an ongoing issue in the US. Plus our current administration is heading towards giving people who illegally work in the US an opportunity to work legally (which is not for the benefit for the Latin people necessary but away to get tax money). However, this is too appease the Latino population in the US. I agree that a nation should curtail illegal immigration and have strict regulation to blackball many US companies who hire illegal workers without proper identification such as a valid SSN which helps to see that they are legal in the US. The problem is companies the US want cheap workers to curtail paying benefits and taxes to the US government. If this was stopped or at least reduced drastically it would be good. Lastly, in California, there are problems with immigration checkpoints and criminal elements come into the US which unfortunately the US government is to blame on lax control on the southern border of the US.
Black American issues pertaining to the Civil Rights Movement:
Black Americans really have not progressed too far since the 1960s. It has been better for some of us to do better economically and have much better lives in the present day. However, many do not try to better themselves and see that being unachieving and being part of a criminal element that is constantly shown in Rap music makes the black American youth think that it is good to behave this way to better uplift themselves. Other factors was the push for more social welfare programs. Ultimately, many black Americans cannot move away from the slave mentally which is has unfortunately continue to be a problem for black Americans. Lastly, there is no 'real' unity for black Americans like other ethnic groups in the country. Asians (of all ethnic groups) and Latinos (of different groups) do work together in the US because of what Falcon has mentioned, mainstream 'Anglo' culture labels and puts in a certain group. This is because of the English who colonized the US had this grand idea of racial groups and having a heirarchy placed that has stopped this country from becomming better.
However, all of us are here of HA because we want a better way of life from the toxic American culture. A limited number of people are able to have a good life and not think about what is in another country because most of their wants and needs are met even when they have lost most of their freedoms and have their life catalogued. We as a group here should do out best to help the men here try to either move to another culture or give good advice to help go abroad if they want too and/or help them get a decent women not tainted by western culture as much which is getting more difficult as media is being transferred easily through technology.
Lastly the Powers at Be want people to be divided between racial groups, religion, rich and power, political parties to ignore the real elephant in the room.
