I voted anti-male. This is disgusting modern Christian man-shaming based on misinterpreting the Bible. The actual text of 1 Timothy 5:8 is:
But if anyone does not provide for his own, that is his own household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
The obligation is to provide for one's household, not one's family. There is a world of difference between household and family. When a man's wife steals his kids and moves out, the former wife and kids are no longer the man's household and so he no longer has any obligation whatsoever to provide for them.
I strongly support traditional religion, but modern Christianity is a disgrace. Good religions include Eastern Orthodox Christianity, Anabaptist, Orthodox Judaism, and Islam.

I agree with statements above - no obligation to provide for the wayward. But many of us still would choose to do so under certain circumstances. Not everything is black and white. Kids didn't choose divorce. But certainly it should be a man's free choice.
Fschmidt I am impressed with your theological knowledge.

"Well actually, she's not REALLY my daughter. But she does like to call me Daddy... at certain moments..."
