Yes, blacks do have a greater propensity towards violence. I just get frustrated when people don't go a little deeper to understanding WHY that is the case. The cause of black violence starts in childhood with brutal, black parenting styles.

It is a kind of chicken and egg question. Are blacks vicious savages because their parents brutalise them or do their parents brutalise them because the parents are vicious savages because they are black?

Yeah, low intelligence, high testosterone, low impulse control, high time preference, fast life history strategy, r-selected breeding etc. makes for more violence and less of a conscience. This is not to criticise blacks. They are suited for the abundant but unstable and dangerous environment that gave rise to them, which favours living in the moment and getting things done right now. They should be returned to that environment.

American blacks always seem to go for the, in Chinese acupuncture terms, “stomach four” knock out point. Not a bad choice. I have never gone around knocking peopled out for fun, but back in the day I had a few successes with the “stomach one” point. I guess it is a cultural thing. It is interesting that Western movies always did the stomach four thing. Maybe the blacks learned it from there.
