Great idea to reduce gun violence

In the latest RamZpaul video he comes up with an excellent idea for reducing gun violence. Require gun manufacturers to have a fingerprint scanner that would detect when the gun operator was black, and if so jam the trigger. This would eliminate most gun violence in America and much around the world. Given that we now have the technology to do this, I don't see any excuse not to.

It won't end jack, because there are millions of working guns already out there, and every single one can't be refitted or collected. Besides that, I am against it for the simple fact that it is an erosion of gun rights. I don't own any guns, but I am 100% in favor of them.
