The real victims of slavery are dead. Reparations can't be made to them.

If Affirmative Action, anti-discrimination laws, and trillions spent on social welfare have not improved the lives of blacks since 1963 then I don't know what else can be done. I don't have the solution.

How about giving us nothing? I have left the USA as a resident and I will only return as a visitor from time to time to go shopping, and enjoy the few places I liked.

Black America is an idiocracy realized and it is only getting worse. Never feed an idiocracy, let the most able rise to the surface and permit the vast majority to toil below to implode and devour themselves.

This must be said, "Mainstream" America will undergo the same process in just a few short decades.

Don't worry about it. We're headed towards Socialism with technology eliminating jobs every year. Automation WILL succeed in replacing about 80% of the current workforce within 15 years. We're looking at probably the biggest economic change since the invention of agriculture. Maybe in human history, period.

The problem is that USA is wasting too much money abroad and for good investments there is no money left for US-citizens, some places in USA are looking like a 3rd world country somewhere in Africa or Asia.

To give something especially to black people only? Cash money or what? I don't think this is the right way to go, but it is OK if some public money is directly invested into infrastructure in places there mainly black people are living - this might be anything from better canalization and flood protection, better medical care, a better justice system, better streets and local transportation and so on.

The black man not being privileged with conventional gratification, has "discovered and elaborated the morality of the bottom -- which has produced some of the greatest, most adventurous pop art of the past quarter-century. Black americans grow up in society under the threat of "instant death from racial hatred or with a slow death by conformity with every creative and rebellious instinct stifled. This realization has led blacks to accept that: the only life-giving answer is to accept the terms of death, to live with death as immediate danger, to divorce oneself from society, to exist without roots, to set out on that uncharted journey into the rebellious imperatives of the self.

In the essay: White Negro: Superficial Reflections on the Hipster, first published in the Summer 1957 issue of Dissent. The author, Norman Mailer spoke of the coming black rise: The Negro is more familiar with the dark side of life that the white, which could give him a "potential superiority". This superiority is "so feared that the fear itself has become the underground drama of domestic politics"; it is the traditionally conservative fear of "unforeseeable consequences."

Mailer then suggests that:

"With this possible emergence of the Negro, Hip may erupt as a physically armed rebellion whose sexual impetus may rebound against the antisexual foundation of every organized power in America, and bring into the air such animosities, antipathies, and new conflicts of interest that the mean empty hypocrisies of mass conformity will no longer work"

The principle is about 1 adult citizen = 1 vote and this is regardless the race, the gender, the religion, the educational background etc.

How is 5/3 of a vote different than what currently goes on in areas controlled by Democrats?
They fight voter ID proposals wherever they are suggested, dead people haunt the voting rolls in dem controlled districts, and some places have more registered voters than living residents.

Five Southern states with robust African American populations would have gone Democratic instead of Republican in the 2012 presidential race, and many Democratic-leaning states would pass far out of reach for the GOP

So ... Dems won the White House in 2012, but what? They didn't win by a large enough margin?

Also, there were more Slavic than Irish slaves in history. The word Slave comes from the word Slavic because Slavic people were constantly enslaved. Just in the Soviet Union alone (1919-1955), over 20 MILLION white people were enslaved and worked to death. Slavery remained a major institution in Russia until 1723, when Peter the Great converted the household slaves into house serfs (slaves got a few rights). Russian agricultural slaves were formally converted into serfs earlier in 1679. Russia's more than 23 million privately held serfs were freed by the Emancipation reform of 1861. State-owned serfs were emancipated in 1866.
