Podcast listening

My "job" is so silly and boring that I have resolved to spend the day listening to podcasts with an MP3 or 4 player with the aid of a wireless behind-the-ear microphone. Does anyone know any particularly good educational podcast sites or have any recommendations as to the correct equipment?
