Mandatory food and drink minimums at American bars become Federal law under Congress.

People that go to bars in the United States as they reopen will be noticing something brand new; under Federal law in the United States of America, as passed by Congress and signed into law by President Trump on July 15th, 2020 and enforced by the FBI, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Marshals, and the U.S. Supreme Court, all bar patrons are now required to buy no less than one drink and/or food item for every fifteen (15) minutes spent at any bar and/or restaurant. Those who drink water will now be getting worse than the boot out the door; already under the new laws, a man in Orlando was arrested by the FBI and Homeland Security while at a live music event at a bar for only purchasing one drink and was sentenced to seventy-five (75) years to life in Federal prison for statutory robbery. Tipping the bartenders, even if they were mean to you, has also become Federal law, and the mandatory Federal gratuity is no less than fifty (50) percent of the total price. Failure to tip has also been classified under Federal law as statutory robbery.
