Patreon arbitration claims

Is anyone following this? In Patreon’s terms of service they say disputes must be resolved by individual claims through California’s arbitration system. This turns out not to have been such a good idea, as Owen Benjamin has convinced hundreds of his donors to file arbitration claims against Patreon for interrupting a commercial relationship with him when they deplatformed him. Now Patreon has filed a lawsuit to impeach their own terms of service by having all the arbitration claims dismissed, but it doesn’t look like they will succeed. Even if Patreon wins all the claims, the legal fees alone will cost them millions. Hopefully this will start a feeding frenzy that puts them out of business. Awesome stuff.
