The problem with American real estate is that it is an American asset. That is why I sold my rental properties recently and put that money in a world stock index fund (VT).

I am also hoping to exit what I have eventually...then I need to determine what I would get...

I missed crypto because I couldn't open a bank account in the EU during Covid-19 and in Bulgaria it is impossible.

I would have made about $10,000 in new money I didn't have if I could have opened an EU bank account...but like always, I have Murphy's Law.

I always make the wrong choice. I wanted to buy Palladium and Rhodium back when Palladium was $600 and Rhodium $800-$1200. I went with gold and silver.

Or when I want to make the right choice, an external thing prevents me from acting on the right choice.

I figure I would take some of my cash and invest it into a business.
