That is some scary shit! The recession supposedly ended in June of 2009 but it still feels like we are in a recession. Only 148,000 jobs were created in September, way below expectations.
We should be creating a minimum of 250,000 jobs a month just to get some modest gains at reducing unemployment and getting the economy back on track. Usually, the deeper the recession, the stronger the recovery. Back in 1983 after the horrible recession of the early 80's, there were some months that we gained one million jobs a month!
This is the slowest recovery after a recession since the great depression!

I'm glad you realize that, now is a good time to panic.
Just because everyone else doesn't give rats ass about the economy doesn't mean you should too. The US is in deep shit this time and you had better find a safe country to live and work because you won't be living safely in America much longer.

I was thinking the same thing. The main problem is that you can find a place where you can have a good life and the country is going to easy be able to function as this crisis deepens and the US being in deep crap as it is right now.
