Probably it is a bad thing in general but in some cases it sounds really reasonable when you come from a certain background. Businessmen have the approach where they have officially a lot of debt but the value of their assets is much higher. You see that with Trump and his former friend Robert Kiyosaki.

Another thing is actually I would like to die with a lot of debt. I mean I would feel bad if I am dying and have hundreds of thousands of dollar in my bank account. That would suck a bit. Though it still would be a luxury problem.

Anyway I will look into the debt making thing. It might be procuctive in my case as I am more frugal. Plus I find it little bit dangerous to have assets only virtually. Maybe I am unreasonable but these numbers on your account can vanish through a hacker or something else but a house doesn't vanish that easy.
