Most Koreans in Japan are not even mixed, they are children of Korean parents, but living in Japan most of their life.

In case they accept Japanese nationality and using a Japanese name, they are Japanese.
If they do not tell you privately about the history of their parents, there is no way to know, that they are native Koreans and not native Japanese by looking at them and checking their identification documents.

Only one out of ten was willing to integrate and to learn, two others were about 50/50, not the best but also not the worst but at least they never caused any serious problem - however 7 were totally unusable people - lazy, stupid, some of them into criminality, totally irresponsible. We had to send them back.
