This guy just doesn't have a functional brain. He does not understand that publicly broadcasting private individuals identification for malicious reasons, such as harassment is NOW an unlawful criminal act. The perpetrator is on record publicly calling for criminal abuse. That's why this forum has been excluded from search results by Google. You can search for the name of the site admin and not have his website come up.

Dude, after this last surreal "class act" of yours there is no doubt left. Whatsoever you do, online and very probably offline, is the product of a pathologically sick mind. Instead of pasting random legal jargon from the web I asked a real lawyer who specialises in cybercrime. After he managed to stop laughing, this is what he basically said:

1) it is not a criminal offense to republish someone's LinkedIn profile and even real name, even if this particular forum doesn't exactly shine with mainstream, well-moderated contents. It's public information that the owner of the particular profile chose to disclose the moment she created her LinkedIn page and added up that photo.

2) like you (or your sources) say, it is possibly a criminal offense to republish someone's name and/or likeness with a malicious intent. Only, this applies to you, idiot, and nobody else. You took that Aussie woman's photo and you used it to give substance to yet another one of your pathetic fantasy tales. Yes, perhaps your intent was not to damage her directly, it was to inflate your ego and show the little HA world that you can easily pass on a multi-millionaire trust fund kid to be square with your libtard anti-Trump feelings.

What anybody, including said woman and a judge, might find creepy and reprehensible, perhaps even punishable, is the fact that you associated that photo with two more photos of (allegedly) herself semi-naked, with you holding her like a creep. You also associated her likeness to a fabricated story that, like everything else coming out of your keyboard, is the product of your narcissistic, deluded mind. If this particular woman were to find this out, she may well decide to take action against you...and she would be fully justified. Your ass would be at real risk of grilling, unlike the stupid idle threats you like to throw.

3) @TruthSeeker found the original photo and busted you. @Winston is obviously in charge with the forum. I admit I jumped on the occasion to point out how easy it is to unmask you as the a**hole you are, a tiny, fitting bit of poetic justice after all the slanderous posts you and your bosom buddy CE made about me and even Publicduende.
