More Foreign Women Interested, Less American Men Interested

Recently, I found out that A Foreign Affair dating agency started having romance tours in China. Like Ukrainian, Colombian, Filipina, etc. women, Chinese women are also looking for love from American or Western men. Most Chinese men are interested in the women in their early 20s or ones who are not highly educated.
I am finding out that more women in Ukraine, the Philippines, Colombia, Dominican Republic, and other foreign countries are joining international dating/marriage agencies but less men from United States, Canada, and other Westernized countries are joining.
Why are most American/Western men choose not to meet, date, and marry a foreign woman?
