Since Amazon Video is becoming unusable, I looked for an alternative that lets me filter out modern crap. I found this: https://flixable.com/genre/movies/?min- ... order=date

I use a similar website to search for movies and series in Spanish:

https://www.lavanguardia.com/peliculas-series

It allows you to filter by year, country, genre, etc. and thereby avoid crappy modern movies.

I also use PelisPlus for the same purpose and some of the movies and series have links for you to stream the content for free, sometimes with various language options:

It makes a lot of sense, I hate seeing the advertisement for modern movies too. Even if I don't intend to click on the links and watch them. The level of woke is so damn noticeable. Unlike before in the past, now you can just look at the cover art of a movie and tell they were checking off boxes.
The fact is there are a lot more modern movies being made every year. And they just continue to worsen. Having a way to filter them out makes browsing the site a lot better but then you also feel that there is a smaller selection unless you intend to also watch older movies from the 40s and so on since as the years move forward, the movies will remain the same...In other words modern films are never going to change or become anywhere near as watchable as the old stuff was.
