Hot blond is right. She was a real beauty back in the day. Mostly I remember her from the 80s sitcom Charles in Charge. I miss those family sitcoms.

This looks like a C movie.

Was this the girl from Charles in Charge, that comedy that either had the guy from Jonie Loves Chachi or that drummer for the Beach Boys (not sure which) in it?

Yes, she was in "Charles in Charge" from the 80's and she was also in "Bay Watch" from the 90's. Here are some more videos of her from the movie, "The Demolitionist."
