of course this is not only true for South Korean, but also for people from the North.

Japanese are in general not so musical, sometimes they offer also high quality performance, hardly to see or hear a difference from Western performers. These people here are all Japanese from Osaka area, professionals and amateurs.

North Koreans expect maybe to receive money to permit Micky Mouse into their country.

However some young North Koreans are indeed very talented. Excellent musicians.
Not all what is going on regarding musical performance in this country is about communist propaganda music.

It is impossible to say who is performing better, the Japanese girl or the North Korean girl.
