Home video of someone talking to strangers in 1987 America

Someone on our FB group posted this video from 1987 of a guy at a 7-11 talking to random strangers about what they are buying. The strangers certainly seemed more friendly back then compared to today. However, the hot blonde he talked to wearing blue was from France. And this was near Disney World, where people were in vacation mode. But in general, people did seem easier to talk to and less stuck up, as shown in this video.

Here is the sequel to that video filmed by the same two guys 27 years later in 2014 at the same location.

Notice in the 2014 video the guy doesn't dare try to talk to female strangers in the 7-11, only other males. They'd be creeped out and it would be inappropriate nowadays.

Times have really changed, talking to strangers today in America is taboo!
