Yes, but it is a movie. I do not see anything like this anywhere near where I live. In Asia I would see something very similar though.

I wouldn't say I have yellow fever. Its just that NE Asian girls are a great compromise for regular guys, reasonably attainable with many very attractive to mildly hot specimens - 6-8s.

Dominant supplier's of 9s and 10s of the planet IMO are Brazil, Russia/CIS/Europe and perhaps Middle East/North Africa.
