Bob Newhart, The Odd Couple and Ladies

i love the old bob newhart show and the odd couple. have the dvds. jack klugman and tony randall -- along with jerry the dentist and howard the flight navigator neighbors had so much fun dating in the 70's. although it was tv it was pretty accurate. they frequently dated women years younger -- there were plenty of women -- and most importantly -- the women had good character -- weren't obese -- flirted -- were sweet and pretty. think today. would tony randall and jack klugman - and all the others ----would they even have dating opprtunities today. i can see women saying that randall was a nerd -- klugman didn't look like brad pitt -- jerry the dentist had a big nose -- and howard was too old and a creeper ----eeeeew.

put me in a time machine and transport me to the early 70's. those men had it made.
