No wonder why I have trouble sleeping at night!

Research shows that using a computer before bedtime disrupts sleep because the artificial light from the screen suppresses melatonin, which regulates our sleep cycle. See these links:

It's best to chill for an hour before sleeping. Watch some American Idol, or read a book.
