Tom Kha Gai, Khao Pad Gai and Tikki Aloo Pakistani-styled spicy chicken, jasmine rice, with that goat-milk green-minty sauce and pita bread. f**k yeah.

That stuff rivals comida tipica from Latin America (my fav in this region is most DR food, most PR foods, and Brazilian/Argentinian meats). And I ate comida tipica most of my life and still love it! A lot of Latinos become enraged when I say that, but damn, a lot of Thai and Pakistani dishes kick major arse!

Well they seem to be real posters. It's just that they are putting spam links in their signatures. Perhaps I should find a way to disable signature links to discourage such human spammers?

Well Yes, is the answer to the question that, authentic Chinese cuisine is very healthy. In fact, perhaps the Chinese diet is one of the healthiest in the world.
Authentic East Asian food (Chinese, Korean, Japanese) is probably one of the healthiest in the world. I also heard that Mediterranean diet is also very good for your body, even though there's lots of carbs, pasta, and olive oil in it.

Whatever they sell in Taiwanese and Mexican night markets. American fast food chains simply cannot compare.

My usual breakfast at home is a smoothie made with açaí, which I first tasted in Brazil. Lunch is local pasture-raised meat cooked on a variety of whole-grain rices, millet, and quinoa, with avocado, tomato, and various raw veggies added. Sometimes I eat potato instead of grains; I mash the potato and the avocado together, making guacapapa. My favorite food to eat out is Ethiopian, but it's been a while.

E_Irizarry, I have to travel to more countries in order to try new cuisines.

I like to have a balance meal, which is one with carbohydrates, proteins, and fibers. Always eat sources of fiber, especially with meat. My favorite fruits:
-Apples
-Oranges
-Plums

My favorite vegetables:
-Broccoli
-Green beans

My favorite meats:
-Chicken
-Roast beef
-Sausage
-Beef

My favorite carbohydrates/starches:
-Wheat bread
-Rice
-Spaghetti

DUDE. While I respect a man whom eats healthily, you need to expand your horizons and begin copping foreign food. You're missing out, man. Traveling in the key to Salvation as Educated Negro professes.

I'm glad you love Brasilian food. You make me and Skateboard Stephen very proud. :)
I'm also glad that you love ETHIOPIAN>>>I heard wonderful things about it.
Come to DC; there are plenty of those kind of restaurants in DC.
