My friend is a model. He talked about the fact that in order to have a body like his, you need to constantly diet and train, because extra kilograms and even grams are not needed in modeling. The last diet he was on was very difficult, but it gave results. That's why

I think you can tell a callisthenics physique from a gym physique and I prefer the former. I'll try to make more progress before joining the gym.

Just when I think I have attained my goal of losing the last 10-15lb of unsightly bodyfat, it turns out that I in fact have to lose another 10-15lb. Fat on a man my age seems to be like a loaves and fishes miracle. However, I seem to be close to my goal. I'm not sure whether it is as impressive as I hoped, but at least I am healthy and strong and know a lot about home workouts, so maybe it was worthwhile.

I'm getting close to my goal look. If I can lose a little more fat with the same amount of muscle and maintain then I'll have pretty much arrived. OK, so not the standard interpretation of looking like a male model, but still doing a bit better than the average 48yo I think. Winston should do something like this.

I had a feeling that "long timeframe" House said he'd need before he was supposedly going to go teach Cornfed a lesson was going to be quite some long wait.

Better than most 49 year olds in the U.S. Most of them are fat facks will beer gut hanging out. You should be a security guard or bouncer at a club.

You can also go into acting and play as extra, generic bad guy, goon #1, etc. Netflicks, Amazon and all other streaming services
needs plenty of auxiliary actors.

That's not as crazy as it seems as I'd actually be the right size given that most actors are short.
