Best Country To Get Fit
I know exactly why people are more "magically" fit.
Less chemicals and unnatural things that was never supposed to be ingested by people.
Depending on the country you go to, most if not all food is prepared fresh, even if isn't healthy food.
Example, here in china, even though everything is covered in oil, or made with flower it's FRESH and its not pumped full 5 to 10 books worth of chemicals and preservatives.
Back in the usa if you go to olive garden, I bet that dough isn't fresh, and I bet 90% of what you eat is frozen.
Here in china, even little mom and pop noodle shacks make the food fresh, even the oil and flower to make the unhealthy food is fresher and more pure.
On the subject of live style, anything that keeps you active, and your HGH and testosterone levels higher keeps you younger, even can back paddle a little with age.
While I've been here In china I can say you by default going to be 30% MINIMUM more active than back in the usa, even if your just walking through a mega mall up and down a few subway steps and through the snow, you've instantly done more for your body than what you'd require in most places in the usa.
I've been half watching what I eat while here in china, and only now after 2 months am I starting to show signs of weight gain, and even then, I only notice because I'm a fitness freak, I went from abs to faded abs basically, if I attempted the same "loose" diet back in the usa, I'd have been like I am now, only in 1 week.
While I've been in china I've kept up my work outs 1 to 1 and a half hours 3 to 5 days a week, top that with the active life style from china, and the newly acquired unhealthy diet...and you know what.... I gained a little fat, more than I wanted to, but I gained muscle too, we call that bulking, where you eat more calories than you burn, creating a calorie surplus that makes you gain fat if you don't work out or muscle and minimal lf at if you work out.
While on this subject, and maybe I'll make a post for this subject, for you older guys I highly suggest HGH.
HGH is human growth hormone, it more or less without going in to detail keeps your muscles body and just about all systems of your body regenerating faster and better than normal, if your passed the age of 30, it'll even reverse some things, keep in mind it'll help if you don't work out, but working out is KEY to staying young longer and healthy, but you work out and take hgh... you'll be 30 years old when your 60, if i could afford it or had the insurance to cover it, I would be getting it right now.
If you have insurance ask your DR for a reference to a hormone clinic or therapist, these guys specialize in making up excuses as to why you NEED HGH.
If you want to keep it all natural I don't blame you, though HGH is about the only thing I'd suggest taking, steroids and all that other bs just depends on risk vs reward.

It's easier than it sounds, find an athletic hobby you actually enjoy doing, then working out becomes an enjoyable activity, rather than a chore. The reason people never seem to lose weight from a treadmill/eliptical/etc is nobody likes doing it, and it's really a pointless activity. So unless you're really vain and really really care how you look, you're not gonna stick with it. Me for example, I found skating, I went from 210 to 180 in like 4 months, because I actually enjoyed what I was doing and stuck to it for a long period of time. And I continue to stick to it, 2 years later, because I actually enjoy it. So if you found a sport you could do for an hour a day, and train for on the side, then you'd probably be really fit. That's the other thing, too, I do supplementary weightlifting, plyometrics, stretching, etc, to help train rather than exercise. The difference is one has a point, and the other doesn't. So just find something you enjoy doing and can do on a consistent basis.

GNC has some good supplements available but you can find the same things online for a cheaper price. Whole foods is a health food grocery store that has a good variety of food, vitamins and supplements.
