Best places for spring vacation?

I know alot of people go to Cancun, but what would be some great places for a spring break? Thailand maybe? Idk. Like some ideas.

I definitely would not go to the main places. They are kind of too rowdy and too stupid for my tastes. What are your thoughts on Cebu? And regards to Costa Rica, which places are best? Capital?

Perhaps. I honestly don't know. I have been to Canada, not all parts though. Maybe Costa Rica would be good. I will play it by ear.
