Has anyone had any experience with introasia.com?

Hi all,
I just stumbled across a Philippines introduction agency called introasia.com. I've checked out the site; it looks like a small operation, with not much in the way of references.
It offers introductions to women living in Cebu, and there are two basic service levels - one costing $2500 that offers unlimited introductions, meals and some accommodation. The other costs
$695, offers no meals or accommodations and guarantees a minimum of five introductions, and five more intros if the first five don't work out. The interesting thing is they don't charge any fees up
front. What the site owners want to do is have their customers show a commitment to visiting the Philippines, and once they arrive, the fees are paid then and the introductions follow.
Has anyone here used their services? If so, what was your experience like?
