Hello there, an old soul

Well hello there folks of happierabroad
Feel free to just call me by my username or just Wolfe. ( A real nickname referred to me by several people ) The way I stumbled upon this site was kinda weird. First I lurked around on the MGTOW boards. Didn't really know what it was at first. I saw someone in the forums provide a link to this site. I lurked around and read several articles and thought.. why not? After all, I do have several questions regarding this site and whatnot.
Anyways, I turned 20 yrs old this year. I swallowed the "red pill" when I was 18. Only recently I started officially getting myself together more recently. (ie exercising, cooking more, and trying to build skills) I personally consider myself lucky because most men I've personally come across have had something bad happen to them or years of bad experiences before getting the red pill. It simply took my observations for the most part. I have first hand knowledge on what married couples go through coupled with what I've seen regarding acquaintances. That's all I needed to see for the most part.
This is enough for now. Feel free to PM me or ask any questions

I would like to live abroad but I don't know how to approach it. I've recently started a few languages though. ( German, Russian, and Japanese )

I've been told that I act like a wolf. A literal lone wolf to a regular wolf.
I am from Maryland. I like Niccolo. I believe he is misunderstood.

I'm assuming you are referring to Machiavelli. So is that only based on The Prince or did you also read his other writings?

When I say misunderstood, I'm referring to prince. I do want to read livy and art of war though.

The Art of War is by Sun Tzu. Discourses on Livy is well worth reading and very different from The Prince. And it isn't exactly supportive of lone wolves.

I wasn't talking about Sun Tzu. I was referring to this art of war
Also, what do you mean it isn't supportive of lone wolves?

Hi Wolfe, welcome to the forum!
Wow, what a coincidence, I also swallowed the "red pill" at age 18 when I started taking trips to Mexico on my own, and joined the forum when I was 20. I'm living and working in Bangkok, Thailand now. Like fellow members Winston, Momopi, and Repatriate, I'm Taiwanese-American.
If you're proactive and act on your guts to go adventuring, you'll find a very rewarding, amazing world out there waiting for you.

Welcome Wolf.
I kind of wished I'd manned up a bit earlier in life. Although I got the career bit right, and now I'm semi-retired at 40.
Yes there's a few of us in Bangkok, it's a good place to live out your craziest fantasies (well until the money runs out

).
